CALL FOR EXHIBITS
Exhibit Proposal Submission Deadline: 30 December 2020
Arrangements have been made to have virtual exhibit spaces available for display at the 2020 International Conference on High Performance Computing and Simulation (HPCS 2020).
Make plans now to take advantage of this prime advertising opportunity.
Proposals for exhibits are welcomed and should be submitted by 30 December 2020. Spaces will be assigned on first-come-first-serve basis.
VIRTUAL EXHIBITS
Due to the pandemic which caused this conference to be held virtually, we have made arrangements to hold virtual exhibits for any interested party or partner.
HPCS 2020 is pleased to offer partners and sponsors the opportunity to virtually exhibit at the conference. These virtual booths provide attendees the opportunity to learn about our partners and interact with them via public and private text chat as well as private video meetings. Unlike in person conferences, attendees are also able to visit your booth before and after the conference, providing our partners with months of virtual impressions.
Set up of virtual exhibits is easy. Once a partnership agreement has been agreed to, you will receive a login information from our PheedLoop conference system giving you access to your booth area. In that booth area you may insert text, upload graphic headers, add videos and handouts. It is flexible and easy to build and configure this virtual exhibit.
During the conference, representatives of our partners and exhibitors will be able to interact with attendees of the conference as well as at your virtual booths and other virtual networking opportunities, public and private.
